At Sitaram Ayurveda Europe we want practitioners not only to use authentic formulations, but also to apply them with skill and confidence. That’s why we partner with Shikshana Ayurveda, the training platform created by Dr. Manjula Paul, B.A.M.S. – an Ayurvedic physician with over 30 years of clinical practice and teaching experience. From her base in the Netherlands, Dr. Paul offers advanced training for practitioners across Europe, through a blend of online eLearning and in-person, hands-on courses.

After completing her B.A.M.S., Dr. Manjula Paul worked at Sitaram Ayurvedic Pharmacy in Kerala, where she deepened her expertise in classical herbs and formulations. She has since run clinics in India, New York City and the Netherlands, and now practices at Utrecht Ayurveda while teaching through Shikshana Ayurveda.

Ayurveda trainings are designed for EU-based therapists, bodyworkers, wellness practitioners, and clinic or spa teams who already have a basic grounding in Ayurvedic concepts and want to refine their skills.
