Laboratory Testing & Quality Assurance
Quality at Sitaram is driven by an AYUSH India recognized in-house laboratory together with externally accredited partner labs. Every batch passes through a structured quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) cycle before release.
Raw materials
Each herb batch is authenticated, visually inspected and screened for contaminants before it enters production.
In-process controls
Critical parameters are checked during manufacturing to keep every batch within defined limits.
Finished product testing
Final products are analysed in the lab and microbiologically tested before being cleared for sale.
Batch documentation & release
All results are recorded, and QA releases only batches that meet Sitaram’s quality standards.

Sitaram Ayurveda Europe supplies products made in Sitaram’s certified facilities in Kerala, then imported in controlled batches for EU markets. Every batch we deliver from our European hub is linked to factory lab reports and released only when it meets both Sitaram and EU quality expectations.
