Our standard delivery time within the EU is 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can monitor your delivery progress.
2. Do you ship across the entire European Union?
Yes, we ship to all EU countries, including remote regions.
We also ship to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom (customs fees may apply depending on local regulations).
3. How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We aim to keep shipping fees as low as possible through our EU distribution partner.
4. Are taxes and VAT included in the product price?
Yes — all prices shown on our website include VAT for EU customers, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Absolutely. We are the official distributor of Sitaram Ayurveda (Kerala, India) for Europe.
All products come directly from Sitaram’s GMP-certified manufacturing facility.

9. Can I return or exchange a product?
Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
10. Are your products suitable for all body types (doshas)?
Many formulations are tridoshic, while some are specific to Vata, Pitta, or Kapha.
